Providers are not considered in-network by IPN until the credentialing process is completed and an effective start date is established by IPN.

IPN cannot retroactively apply an effective start date. Any claims with dates-of-service prior to the IPN assigned effective start date will be considered out-of-network by IPN contracted payors.
